In 2023, I set out on a mission to find the perfect control surface, only to realize that what I envisioned didn’t exist. So, I did what anyone with a mix of determination (and maybe a bit of stubbornness) would do—I built it myself.

Hi, I’m Chris, the creator of VINTROLUX. After using Pro Tools for over a decade and falling in love with LUNA a few years ago, I knew there was something missing from my workflow.

I wanted a tactile tool that wouldn’t interrupt my creative flow or pull me out of the moment with left-brain distractions. But beyond pure functionality, it had to feel right—a tool that inspires creativity every time I reach for it. That’s why VINTROLUX is designed with solid, satisfying buttons and knobs that nod to the vintage gear I love in my studio.

After countless iterations (and a few burn marks along the way), VINTROLUX was born. It’s now a tool I use daily, constantly evolving as I continually make things smoother, and push its limits to do even more.
